Gold Coast Holiday

gold coast holiday

I went missing last week. Found myself in a car, driving north for about 9 hours, and then I just bummed around for a week, doing nothing in particular. I didn’t see any art exhibitions as the Gold Coast in Queensland is more about sun, surf and sand. Nature put on an amazing show each day though as there was a thunderstorm pretty much every day I was there. Being on the 66th floor meant I had a front row seat to the storms.

All I did for a week was eat, shop and walk around. It was my first holiday in sooooo long. I really should get out of the house more often.

road trip

In the car, driving. The big clouds followed me for the 9 hour drive, hung around with me for a week or so, and then followed me back home.

The city at night. This was the view from my bed. I was on the 66th floor and I’m not so good with heights.

Driving home, the clouds followed me.

I’m ready for another holiday already! ;-)
